Simon came out the same day I rang, and it was fixed in no time! He was really clear on the cost on the phone, so I knew what I would be paying in advance. I had a problem with the heating element on my oven. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, use their services with complete confidence. He was kind and considerate to an old lady all round decent bloke. He was in regular touch with me over 48 hours going the extra mile to help my mum be back to where she could continue her washing as normal. Very helpful professional service and I have no hesitation in recommendingįirst class service, for my 100 year old Mum, Simon identified the washing machine fault and offered a range of solutions for us to choose from at a very low labour cost.at all steps along the way Simon explained our options and in the end completely sorted out the trouble.
